On some machines, learners have been unable to exit a course without using the Alt+F4 keys. This may be due to their security settings. In these cases go to the Global Security Settings Panel:

- Select 'Always Allow'
- Click Edit locations...
- Select Add location..
- Browse for folder
- Click OK.
- Close the web page down
